In Assignment: Reno, Nevada, Elizabeth Jung brings together a novel of chilling intrigue and suspense. Joe Collins, an older undercover CIA agent, is murdered, and his brother, Johnny Collins, also a semi-retired CIA agent, travels from his home in Clear Lake, Iowa to Reno, Nevada to settle his brother's estate.

After arriving in Reno, Johnny suspects his brother's murder and other recent deaths may be connected. While searching for answers, Johnny discovers that nothing is, as it seems. Not knowing whom to trust, he finds that his brother's world was a world of shadows, lies, intrigue and cover-up.

Unsure where to turn, Collins finds himself in a city filled with colorful characters, each with their own agendas. This modern day novel is set in a realistic Reno background, complete with antiques, flea markets, antique dealers, police and clandestine Russian agents. The blend of the characters heighten the suspense to create an incredible outcome.
